Land Seeker Description

Hi! My name is Paul and I’m a long time farmer and farm manager with over ten years of experience.  In the last few years I made a strong focus on establishing and starting my own farm.  I would be looking for land to grow organically with a strong focus on medicinal herbs and flowers in addition to vegetable and CSA shares.  I currently own and operate a botanical and tea business in addition to my duties as a farm manager.  I would love to take the next steps to be a conscientious land steward for a food as medicine approach.

I was born on a ranch in Springfield Oregon so I grew up knowing  labor of love for the land.  I have moved and travelled around the Pacific Northwest for most my life.  I’m versed in multiple styles of farming practices including but not limited to:  Biodynamic, Lunar farming, minimal till, traditional big Ag. wheat and alfalfa/hay, nursery stock, market vegetable CSA shares, gape/vineyard, cannabis and hemp & hydroponic.  Knowledge and expertise with power tools, framing/construction, electrical, plumbing, irrigation controls and piping, PLC systems, tractor and 3point attachments, large ag implements such as hay bailer, under cutter, field disc, BCS tiller, bobcats, bulldozers, backhoes.

I also have a strong working mechanical and construction knowledge in addition to formal years of training in photovoltaics, wind turbines and civil engineering. I have formal education in biochemistry and have dedicated all my farming practices to an organic growing/cultivating approach.

I have many references available and years of management experience and would love to be in contact about all available opportunities.

Thank you so much for reading my post for your consideration.
