Land Seeker Description

Hi! First of all thanks for taking the chance to check our post!

We are Gabriel and Alexandra

Me, Gabriel. I am a 21 year old Venezuelan native who has been living in the US for about four years now, my native language is Spanish and I am fluent in both English and Portuguese.

previous to moving here I had started a degree on Children education and opportunity advancement at Central University of Venezuela (UCV)

During my free time would do camp projects all around the country and activities with local scouts and low resource children, maintaining a close relationship with nature and building strong community ties.

I have had most of my work experience here in the us in Pharmacy/retail, managing and branding of small businesses in south Florida.

Since my teenage years I have been interested in sustainable crop development, with the small resources I did have at home I was able to plant/fertilize/harvest; Corn, black beans, lentejas, peppers on a small conuco I could set up at home; using compost from my organic waste and always researching to achieve my goal of healthy fruitful crops.

I also have knowledge and certificates of CAD/REVIT that is useful for drafting blue prints of future or current buildings/architectural projects

My fiance Alexandra is 25 years old, while growing up she got to experience a farm life in the beautiful state of Colorado with her family and while we have been together we have been looking into starting a farming project together.

We currently live in Phoenix, AZ and we are looking to relocate to Oregon

I specially love Oregon because it reminds me of my hometown and I truly appreciate the sense of community and ecological progress that exudes there.

For the past few months we have been learning about farming and Permaculture from home and we are eager to put the little theoretical knowledge we have acquired into work.

we want this to be our lifestyle and we see reward in self sustainability and strong community ties.

What features of the property are essential?

barns/housing structure, water, fencing, electricity, fertile soil, an open community
