Flower, Veggie and Herb Farmer Seeks Land

Land Seeker Description

I am looking for farm land for regenerative farming of herbs, flowers, and food. I am looking for land that has a home or where an additional structure is allowed.  I am primarily looking on Mt. Hood in Clackamas County and feel hope to find a place near Welches, OR.

What features of the property are essential?

Sufficient acreage for my farm operations. Zoning laws and regulations to ensure the property allows for agricultural use and some kind of home.

Describe your farming experience

I have a small urban farm in Portland, OR where I grow herbs, food and flowers. I have a farm stand and have participated in a number of different farmers markets.

What are your short term goals for the land

I already have an established business as an herbalist. I will continue to build this business.

My long terms plan is simply to scale my business.

I would like to have the ability to live on the land in an existing structure or bring another structure.
