I am looking for forest/farm land for wildcrafting and growing medicinal herbs. I am looking for that has a home or where building is allowed. My husband and I intend to live on the land with our family. I am primarily looking on Mt. Hood in Clackamas County and feel hope to find a place near Welches, OR.
Sufficient acreage for my herb farm operations. Zoning laws and regulations to ensure the property allows for agricultural use and a home.
I have a small urban farm in Portland, OR where I primarily grow herbs. I also wildcraft plants from the forest so land that has naturally occurring native medicinal plants (all of Mt. Hood does) is welcome. Shaded forest land is also welcome.
I already have an established business as an herbalist. I will continue to build this business.

My long terms plan is simply to scale my business.
I would like to have the ability to live on the land in an existing structure or build my own home.
Foster an inclusive atmosphere by inviting community members of different backgrounds to participate in farm activities and celebrations. I will educate myself and my team about different cultures, traditions, and dietary preferences that may be relevant to my community. I will respect and accommodate cultural practices related to farming. Respect and accommodate cultural practices related to farming, food, and community events. I will promote fair employment practices and ensure equal opportunities for all workers on my farm.
