water rights, soil type, electricity
When I was a child, I used to help my parents with their farm when they would plant corn to later sell it. I would help with the harvesting, fertilization and all other things necessary in the process. Now as an adult, I have worked in the fields harvesting broccoli, cauliflower, mustard, garlic, kale, and strawberries. I also grow my own plants, such as onions, tomatoes, and zucchini.
A short term of mine would be to learn more about the farming business and establish myself as possible cultivator.
Become a formal farmer, and hopefully own my own farm or piece of land that will be mine to harvest.
I rent my own apartment, but if the opportunity occurs to live near work I will be open to take it.
