Vineyard / Winemaking – Large Garden

Description

We are looking for someone (or a couple) (with experience in winemaking) interested in sharing in our small vineyard.
We have 440 grapevines including Pinot Gris, Pinot Noir, Marechal Foch, Leon Millot and Irsai Oliver’s.
We would like to partner with someone who understands the chemistry (analysis of Brix, pH, TA, VA, L-malic, RS, EtOH, ammonia, PAN and SO2) during fermentation; also someone who understands pruning while the clusters grow.
We have pruned, tied, and prepared for this year and will continue to maintain pruning.
We are not looking for financial contribution, just some experience and the enjoyment of winemaking. We have a motorized Italian stemmer and crusher as well as other equipment.
We’re offering to share our vineyard bounty in exchange for some help and guidance.

We have also tilled and are ready to plant about a 1/2 acre vegetable garden.  We have well water to irrigate in the summer. We would like to partner with the garden too.
Please reach out if this is of interest to you.
Cheers!
