We have an acre (give or take) of secluded hilltop land that is available to the right person(s). Overlooks our home site and farm. Decent neighborhood for Bonanza. Dry land farming, no well, however cisterns are on site and we will work together to truck water. This was our home site last year and we are building a home on the neighborhood facing side of the property. Our greenhouse is in place and available to be used.  Land available is the upper portion of our almost 4 acres total, the land between the home sites is sloped. We raise ducks and geese for eggs and grow some ourselves. Overall we are looking for like minded folx, with similar interests …  help back and forth. We will water your farm when you are away if you’ll water ours. You’ll need an RV to live in. We are completely off grid and run exclusively on solar panels ourselves. We can help you set up a system if you need guidance. Couples are preferred. Tobacco free property. No fires other than contained for cooking. We are a Woodstove Rehabilition Center. )*(
