Seeking Lease/Business Arrangement with Experienced Farmer to Grow Crops on 4-12 acres of Pastureland in Boring, Oregon

Description

Seeking to form a lease/business arrangement with an experienced farmer to farm 4-12 acres (within an 18-acre parcel of land) on Highway 212 in Boring Oregon.  The property has ~12 largely fenced acres available for farming.  Separately, we are also offering to lease either a shop or a free-standing garage located on the property; both structures have 3-phase power.  Boring Water District connection is available at property line on the NE corner of the property.

Any Restrictions That Could Limit Agricultural Production

Another tenant lives on the property and uses the barn. The ~4-12 acre portion of the property that is available for lease is the portion of the farm on the northern side of the property. The entire ~12 acre parcel is fenced, but there are likely locations where the fencing needs to be improved.
