Looking for like-minded, community-oriented folks who want to farm on our property in Kings Valley, about 20 miles northwest of Corvallis, very close to the Luckiamute River.  Excellent soil; water rights to the river. 

Owner’s Short Term Vision for the Property

We have loved caring for this property and want to transition the stewardship and farming to someone younger. We would consider lease to own in the VERY long term (like over the next couple of decades).

Owner’s Long Term Vision for the Property

We would love to have someone else farming this property organically. We want to help and mentor a little bit and share our home, which is large and could possibly be added onto as well. We'd like to create some community and sense of looking out for one another, while also respecting each other's needs and space.

1/2 acre U-pick blueberries, large garden, 2.5 acres of trees
