Tiny home/RV space offered on beautiful land with great soil and water; next door neighbor may be selling small home

We’re on 13 acres about 20 miles northwest of Corvallis, Oregon.  We have 1/2 acre of U-pick blueberries and a bountiful garden.  Beautiful area, excellent soil and water, equipment to share.  You’d need to have your own tiny home, camper, or RV.

Our elderly next door neighbor will likely be selling his manufactured home soon.  He only has 1-2 acres, not farmable, but if you could purchase his place, you could live there and farm here.

Owner’s Short Term Vision for the Property

Continue U-pick and gardening, find seasonal tenant to provide some help.

Owner’s Long Term Vision for the Property

I'd like to eventually have some short retreats here. We might like to find a long-term tenant but may be prohibited from having another dwelling on the property due to zoning.
