Pasture For rent in Beautiful Terrebonne! Fenced, Irrigated, Ready to Use!

Description

Gorgeous pastures for lease, fully fenced, full irrigation rights through COID, well maintained with a wide variety of potential uses. Main pasture is 9.3 acres, also willing to lease our front pasture that is just under 5 acres.

Both pastures are ideal for animals. We have a small corral area that has a little bit of dry storage with a barn area fit for small animals like sheep or goats. There is a large parking area between the pastures as well.

Larger pasture has great potential for small-scale organic vegetables- we greatly support local food production and would love to contribute to healthy cropping culture in our area. Potential for limited shared use of the professional-grade custom greenhouse that exists on the property as well.

In general, we are very open to a wide range of uses for the property as long as it is in line with regenerative and sustainable practices, and we are open to ideas for potential improvements and developments for the area as well.  Please send us your ideas and we can get the conversation going!
