Farm land with water rights potential RV spot

Hello im Looking to find like minded people to grow and raise food either together or on separate plots. If it’s a partnership then we can we can split all produce 50/50. I can pretty much supply everything except i need labor help. Im all set up for row cropping using plastic multch rows, no fertilizer unless organic. Would like to do at least 1 or 2 acre this year, rows would be around 150 ft long and probably 50 rows. We can also use plant based biodegradable plastic if we want. No weeding, and no water evaperation, and higher soil temps using this method. Property has 2 water rights (livestock and agriculture), half acre pond, electricity, 12× 30 wood heat greenhouse, seasonal creek, 2 inch irrigation sand filter and gas water pumps, 2 inch main lines, drip tape. New tractor with 6 ft tiller and plastic multch layer attachment available, new solar well drilled for drinking water. Its a new property and is at the beginning stage of a farm. The property lacks fencing so deer are a big problem and would also need fencing for livestock. I can get the fencing for 8 ft high and do 2 acre but need help to install it. No septic here so need to use Portapotty service like honey bucket. If need temp housing I do have a rv trailer not being used. Property is on the city limits of dallas, 65 acre.
