I am leasing 1+ acres on an established farm in Clark county, WA and would like to find someone interested in partnering up to manage the space. I am looking at growing mostly vegetables and herbs and would be selling produce at the Vancouver and/or Salmon Creek Farmers Markets in addition to 20+ CSA shares.

There is a variety of infrastructure already in place and tools that are available, including:

• Organically Amended Soil
• Dedicated Well
• Drip Irrigation
• High Tunnel Hoop Houses
• Propagation Houses
• Tractor
• Etc.

Looking to split the work and profits 50/50, but open to alternatives, upfront monthly costs for the lease to include: insurance, electricity, water and sewer (porta-potty).
