Partnership/Crop Share of Small orchard in between Wilsonville and Newberg

We have approximately a dozen apple and pear trees, 3-4 plum, 100 ft of grapes, and a persimmon tree. We don’t have the time to take care of this bounty and it mostly goes to waste. We are looking for someone who would like to take care of and use the crop. We would only want a small percent of what is harvested in return. It’s really just free fruit for you (hard work required). We are looking to make use of what we are blessed with and want to help someone who needs it. The trees are 2 years overgrown and in need of some trimming. We have some space to store implements and I could help a little with our tractor/loader. We have bees on the property so the trees do quite well.

Current Use

It is a 10-acre property that we bought with an established house. The orchards were already here so we gather a few times a year but it mostly goes back to the soil. This is our family home so we are always here.

Available Water / Irrigation

Pumped Well (Artesian)

Soil Type / Quality

Silty Loam, the good stuff.

Buildings and Structures Available for Farm Use

A small shed and other storage. Some space for larger implements if needed.

Farm Equipment Available for Use, Sale or Lease

I have a 25 hp diesel tractor with a front-end loader but I wouldn't want anyone else to use it. I would be happy to help a few weekends though.
