Looking to lease my irrigated farm land

Description

I own and operate a small cut flower farm on my 68 acre river front farm land. I only utilize about 2 acres of the 40 acres of farmable land to farm. We were just given notice by the current leaseholders that they will not be leasing the land in 2025 and are looking to put some feelers out there to see if we can find a good fit. The pastures that we are looking to lease out has been farmed by a local dairy for over two decades to grow organic feed for their cows on it. It is fully irrigated with 6 inch underground irrigation lines through out it  from an irrigation ditch. With the ditch being located up the hill from the land it can be gravity fed with about 15lbs of pressure with out running any pump. Their is a very large pump that feeds the system as well that can service the entire property using overhead cannons. There is no fencing on any of the land or watering wheels or above ground pipe . We really are a agrotourism farm that has  a great deal of public access. We offer U-pick flowers, offer private photography as well as host workshops and events. With that being said we do take a great deal of pride in keeping it clean and picked up and maintained.  The farm does also have a farm store with a small retail space that is visited from the community and tourist that has local goods for sale. Our ideal lease holder would be someone who can blend in to our current operating and that can compliment our flower farm. We  open to a lot of different things including cattle.  I would love to hear your ideas or needs and see if would be a good fit. To learn more about our property and business  you can visit our website at www.mamabeesfarm.com and our socials IG@mamabeesflowerfarm. We purchased the property about two years ago and it was in very poor shape. We have spent the last two years rehabbing it and restoring it and it has really come along way.
