Lease up to 12 acres acres in Oregon City for Lavender, Hazelnut, Cider, or bees

I’m looking to lease land for lavender, hazelnuts, or cider trees. I own 95 acres in Oregon City next to Highway 213 in the Carus area and it is currently being leased for Christmas trees but want to transition to organic farming. I will be raising goats on the rest of the property, fenced off. I am interested in sustainable, organic, or transition to organic farming. This can be a medium to long-term lease.
