Looking for Partner: 42 acres in Oregon City for Lavender/Hazelnuts and lease land for vineyard

Description

I am looking for a partner with farming and/or managerial skills to grow lavender and/or hazelnuts and/or a vineyard. I own 95 acres in Oregon City and it is currently being leased for Christmas trees but want to transition to lavender on 22 acres and hazelnuts on around 20 acres, and around 5 acres for a vineyard. I will be raising goats on the rest of the property. I am interested in sustainable, organic, or transition to organic farming. I provide the land; you provide the expertise and excitement to make this happen. This would be a shared cost/ profit sharing arrangement and long-term for the benefit of us both. Small land caretaker home is possibly available in the future. You can email me at nonidet@hotmail.com.
