Looking for farm partners

Well I bought the farm, but am maxed out on time and money to make more of it. I am looking for someone who would have more time and some investment capital to really get the place rolling. We own 14 acres outside Cottage Grove of which 5 have water rights to them. I am currently pasture raising 16 St Croix sheep and 4 goats on it and have 20000 sq feet set aside for gardens. The soil is hazelinear silty clay Loam and I have been adding organic matter and oyster shell to the garden bed.  There is an old stable poll barn and a tractor on the property. I am open to ideas within limits. The soil itself is not conducive to large livestock due to compaction issues. I am not interested in Christmas tree farming or marijuana cultivation. I live on the property and you will have to be ok with my kiddos. If you have yours that’s great too. There is the potential for living on the property but let’s talk about that in person if you’re looking for that. Also on the land there is a very small orchard and I keep a couple warre hives. I am really into growing food- to eat and ideally to sell. Bring your food ideas and let’s talk!
