Looking for Farm Manager / Partner for 65 Acre Restoration Agriculture Farm in Springfield

Recently acquired 65 acre farm consisting of flat to very gently rolling class 2 soils.  The previous usage had been in annual crops/hay and before that, a cattle farm.  I am looking to embark on a restoration agriculture / Silvopasture transformation to beautify the parcel and create a productive well balanced small farm operation.

Owner’s Short Term Vision for the Property

To engage an experienced, knowledgeable, trustworthy individual who shares a passion for the vision of a restoration agriculture project and the drive to bring the project from idea to reality. While my time is presently limited, I would like to work side by side with this person as we prepare soil, plant trees, install fences and begin introducing livestock.

Owner’s Long Term Vision for the Property

To create a beautiful, well balanced, diverse farm that is enjoyable and rewarding to operate. To have built a great relationship with my farming partner that allows them to achieve their goals with a desire to continue to partner together on future endeavors.
