Looking for a responsible and reliable renter who needs a place for raising farm animals (except cows) and/or growing low-water crops. (We’re new to this property and have TID rights on Anderson Creek, but this past summer there was not much water.)
The property also has facilities for other farm animals — 3 stables, hay barn, plus other structures shown in photos, including a lockable building w/2 roll-up garage doors for storing farm equipment.
All of this is easy to reach from the road.
We’re looking for a conscientious, responsible, reliable, friendly tenant to utilize the space for farm use, independent of any aid from us and without interference or intrusion into our residential area. And as mentioned above, we’d love a tenant whose farm efforts support the local community in some way.
Same as short term... hoping to rent/lease to someone who can make good use of it, preferably someone who is doing something that supports the local community.
Not in use.
TID rights for 4.5 acres, but not much flow this past year, so crops would need to thrive with rainwater. Well water available for animals.

- Lockable building with electrical for storing farm equipment
- Hay barn
- Stable (3 stalls)
No
TID rights on Anderson Creek did not produce enough water for the pump to run this past year. We're fairly new to this property and don't know enough about the land to know what it would be best for vs not good for.
Our preference is to rent to someone who is doing something that contributes to the local community.
