Leasing 5 acres of irrigated land in Bend, OR

Description

Hello!

I just bought a 20-acre property with 7 acres of irrigated land that I would like to put to use In a productive and meaningful way.

The property is very close proximity to downtown Bend yet feels private. The property is approved and well-suited for animals or crops. Irrigation water is provided by the Central Oregon Irrigation Department via the CO canal. The irrigation is dependable and reliable from April to October. Irrigation lines and sprinkler heads are available for use as part of the lease. You will be responsible for mowing, maintaining, fence mending, and general upkeep of the land. It would be ideal for flower farming, orchards, horses, goats, sheep, etc. No cattle, please.  Power is available.

There is a 2 bed 1 bath house that is available as well.
