I have 25 acres of historic grass seed field, I am willing to lease out for pasture, seed, bees, or whatever else you can creatively come up with. No water rights, mostly fenced, easy access off Bellfountain road 1 minute for Philomath.

Field rules:

No spraying, fertilizing, or tilling. No till Drilling, harrowing and other surface scraping, and natural amendments are fine.

Currently have stubble from last ryegrass seed harvest and some downed straw.

Looking for someone to seed something this fall.

Open to creative compensation.
