Lease/trade/possible housing on 54 acres

Description

We bought the farm last year and it hasn’t been taken care of for a long time. I want to learn how to farm but I work full time and have a newborn so time is limited. Approximately 20 acres are overgrown xmas trees, 10 acres of pasture that floods an inch or 2 during the winter and some sloped wooded area. The upper property has about 2 feet of rocky soil before hitting bedrock. We plan on building a barn with cold storage, adding frost free faucets, leveling out some land and putting up some hoop houses but that might take a few years. Currently there isn’t access to irrigation so dry farming would be perfect. Housing might be an option if you are ok with helping me build a tiny home and you’re ok with composting toilets. We want to heal the land and to eventually be fully self sufficient. If you don’t mind starting from scratch, come take a look.
