Lease/purchase nursery on 4.7 acres in Eagle Creek, Clackamas County

Description

Uncle Waynes Tomatoes, Inc

Over the last 26 years I have turned my passion for good tasting tomatoes into a profitable nursery selling tomato (350+ varieties), pepper (150+ varieties), and other vegetable starts each spring. The business is profitable, with many loyal customers, significant email list, and a growing social media presence.

At 78, the business has grown bigger than I can handle, so I am looking for someone or some family to become the new “Uncle Wayne”, or someone who would like to become an employee and take the work load off of my shoulders.

Just under a half-acre of land is currently leased on a year-to-year basis.

The manufactured home is livable but in need of major repairs.

A circular driveway allows for easy in and out for customers and delivery trucks.

Please view the video on our website at https://UncleWaynesTomatoes.com to get a feel for how this nursery operates.

Owner’s Short Term Vision for the Property

Continue living here and assist in transitioning to new owner if needed.

Owner’s Long Term Vision for the Property

I would like to live here until I die, but I know that may not be possible.
I believe that a mini-home or RV could be placed on the property for the new farmer.

Vegetable start nursery, vegetables.

Well, no water right.

Clay. Holds water, so slow to dry enough to work, but requires little summer watering.
