Lease/Possible Partner or Purchase 22 Acres 15 minutes outside of Ashland

My husband and I are psychotherapists that live and work on our land.  I also farm and grow most of the fruit and vegetables that we eat, and have a small business of vinegar infused drinks and simple syrups, Yahya Divine Elixirs.  The farm has many mature fruit trees, berries, and medicinals.  We have irrigation rights to Wagner Creek.  We have been hosting interns and WWOOFs for almost ten years to help with the farming, but would like to find a single farmer or couple who want to make farming and being sustainable a big part of their life.  We have a separate newly constructed dwelling to accommodate another person or couple.  We are open to having someone lease to buy in or other creative solutions.
