Lease pasture land/purchase grassfed beef herd: 370 acres near Reedsport on the coast

Description

We have a working grassfed beef farm on the coast and are looking to sell the herd and haying equipment and lease out the pastureland. Extremely productive pastureland that requires no irrigation or fertilizer and still produces over 100 hay bales per acre. We currently have 4 hay barns, a full complement of old, but functioning equipment for haying, 2 tractors with loaders, a dumptruck and a beef delivery trailer. Would consider adding other operations such as organic herb or vegetable farming, management and sales from our small orchard, etc. The property is owned by an extended multi-generational family who will continue to own the property and have exclusive use of the 2 small homes on the property. We are all too involved with other employment/activities to contribute the requisite effort for haying and herd management and looking for someone to continue the operation.
