Land is currently being used to raise pastured livestock, however land owner is interested in a creative partnership with a young or beginning farmer to lease a portion of the land for a complimentary enterprise (e.g. pastured layers, broilers, turkeys, sheep, etc). Possible marketing channels to sell into. Housing can be discussed.
