We have 11 farmable flat acres with lots of buildings and infrastructure (water, electricity, hoop houses)
There are also 20 forest acres attached to the property which we get our wood from and take forest walks through.
We are a family of 5 living in one building. There is a second house on the property that we entertain in (and sometimes VRBO)
There is also a really nice 5th wheel with a large covered roof over with front deck.
We have a large pond, a bunch of chickens and 6 sheep that we move around the land. We have two farm dogs and three farm cats.
We’re deeply interested in regenerative agriculture and soil renewal, permaculture, organic gardening, medicinal herbs, and all the like.
Partner up with someone who wants to farm the fenced in land, possibly a mushroom business, medicinal herbs, nursery, or whatever will be a contribution to this local community
We are just purchasing this property, its an absoluite blessing and we are stewards of this land. We plan to live here and work this land so it can be value added to this local and global community. We plan to move ruminating animals around the land, plant cover crops, and regenerate the soils of the fields. While other people and/or organizations use the richness of the soil, the pleathora of water to create food, medicines, fungi to be consumed locally. We also have the ability to host groups and dream into ways to bring people to experience the land.

We understand our place of privilage as stewards of this land, we want to use that privilege to be a resource for the greater community. And that means providing opportunity for land based practices to those without the same level of privilage. Land equity!!
To contact a land holder, you must first fill out a land seeker profile and have it approved by our staff. Thank you.
