Lease five acres near Dexter Oregon

Looking to lease our land and if the right situation rent our three bedroom home or just our permitted RV space.  Land available now, house in July 2027.  We have two areas fenced and irrigated, one 96×20 foot greenhouse and one 20×30 foot greenhouse.  There is an acre pasture fenced with water and a small barn.  We have farmed organically using regenerative methods for 20 years.  We are planning to move east for a couple of years to be near family and can’t keep up with everything and are ready for less responsibilities!

Find someone to farm and maintain the fields and greenhouses, upkeep of fences and generally take care of things.

Owner’s Long Term Vision for the Property

Eventually move back to the house and continue to support farmers who would potentially live on or off the property.
