Up to 45 acres of pasture are available for grazing with regenerative, organic practices. We are an estate wine grape vineyard and the land available is unplanted pasture or cleared land that is not actively managed. This land is part of our biodynamic and organic farming program and is occasionally grazed by our flock of 70 sheep during the spring and summer. Pasture is not fully fenced and there is no access to electricity. Water is available nearby, but needs trucking in from a nearby pump station on the property. This is ideal for someone looking to rotationally graze cattle or livestock with electric fences. Our first priority is to be good stewards of this land. We are happy to work creatively to make this a fit with someone who shares this goal.
Sustainably utilize and maintain current pastureland surrounding vineyards.
Farm the land that so that it will be healthy and sustainable for generations to come.
