Leland Vineyard is a 4 acre vineyard, planted in 1982. It’s predominantly Pinot Noir, plus two rows of Sauvignon Blanc. It is own-rooted, has been organically farmed, with no tilling, and makes exceptional wine. The Pinot Noir clones are Pommard and Wadenswil, and the soil is volcanic Jory soil. The vineyard sits at about 400ft elevation, within the Willamette Valley AVA.
You would have access to all farm equipment necessary ie the tractor and all implements including the sprayer, mower, under-vine mower, hedger, and bird guard speakers.
Ideally looking for someone who would like to farm and care for this land long term. Also, happy to offer free farming consultation for anyone with minimal vineyard experience.
Please don’t hesitate to reach out with any questions.
