  • Shared use of 1 barn with water and up to 15amp electricity
  • Shared property management for land use (e.g., maintain/repair fencing)
  • One bedroom Farmer/Caretaker Cottage, Limit of 2 vehicles.
  • One year lease subject to background check and credit approval.
  • Cottage and barn Utilities & Trash Service paid by Farmer/Caretaker
