Lease 2 to 6 acres in Deschutes County

I have 7 acres with irrigation and a small greenhouse. 1.5 acres has a four foot fence. 5.5 acres has an eight foot fence. K-lines are located in both areas. Would really like to have someone use the property and reimburse me for electricity and water and some produce. Land is good for hoop houses and open farming. This is 4th year with no pesticides on land . Currently have 2 rows of thornless blackberries, 3 raspberry plants, and a dilapidated apple tree. Must agree to safety plan and good farming practices. Appreciate if strategic plan and budget have been drafted.

I don't think I am qualified to mentor, but have friends who could help. I can only do basic gardening things. I don't know how to market except to sit at the farmers' market to sell items.
