Lease: 1-4 Acres Clackamas County S of Molalla w/greenhouse, coldhouse and 2BR house

We have 2 acres in recent use for vegetable CSA with irrigation in place, greenhouse & cold house, hoop houses to be erected this fall. Daughter who was doing vegetable CSA has moved to town to further her education, leaving us with lots of infrastructure and nobody using it. Farm house available either as renter-occupied only or shared use.

We’ll continue to occupy outbuildings (hay barn, pole barn, equipment shed), but can negotiate your use of storage or work space. We have guest house on property that will be short-term rental farmstay, and expect to build house for ourselves within next 2 years. There’s enough space that we can all have our privacy, though, and we can work together to create landscaping that promotes this.

Rental price negotiable depending on acreage used, irrigation, buildings, etc. Let’s talk.
