Two other sets of tenants live on the property, and there are currently dogs (fenced), there were chickens though the chickens have moved to one of the tenants own undeveloped land. That same set of tenants will likely get a few goats to graze around on the shrubbery. Land has a large former garden area, sizable enough for a market garden or CSA, as well as plenty of forested and open land for chickens to roam. Tenants and landowner would need to work together to accommodate all farming goals as well as fencing. The rental unit is $1300/mo, includes farm lease, wifi, trash/recycle, and electricity. The rental unit is a mother-in-law apartment as a duplex to the main house with a separate entrance. Washer/dryer on property to use. Small, cozy kitchen with a cob rocket stove, a mudroom and a storage unit. Shared greenhouse is available to use as well. Water is available as well as some random irrigation and fencing supplies.
