My husband and I are both psychotherapists who have private practices on our land and grow much of our fruit and vegetables. There are 22 acres, 7 of which are alongside Wagner Creek where we have irrigation rights. Currently we have over 60 fruit trees and bushes and three separate vegetable garden spaces, with more room for growing. This land is not well suited for animals because of its closeness to the forest and many predators, but a well built chicken coop could work. We have one dog to keep the raccoons from intruding but we are not open to puppies, or untrained dogs, as the gardens are not fenced in. We would like to share this paradise with the right person or people and possibly sell or rent to buy the land, starting with having a community garden together and renting the additional living space.
Share a community garden together and move in for the first year with supporting each other in growing food, taking time away and having some dinners together.
Long term we could move into the "barn" area and give the larger house to our partner who is buying the land.

To contact a land holder, you must first fill out a land seeker profile and have it approved by our staff. Thank you.
