land for a farm lease

I have 6 acres that are zoned as SA special agricultural.  I currently live on the property and plan to continue living there but I dont think farming is something I have the knowledge or time to do.

I am not a farmer. I can’t tell you what the land could be used for. However properties nearby have Christmas trees, vineyards, blueberries, tree nurseries,  foraging . The farming could be as simple as growing hay or raising sheep. The property has an existing electric fence but it is not currently in use and would have to be cleared of vegetation in order to be made operable again. I used to have cattle and horses on the land but without animals I am thinking the fence isn’t really needed.

Maybe we could find a way to work out an arrangement that makes sense for both parties?

If interested give me a holler..
