Land available for small vineyard or other agricultural projects!

Description

We have about 3-4 usable acres to farm in Eagle Point. We would ideally love to see a small vineyard established on the land, we are open to other agricultural projects as well. Our main goal is to support educational and hands-on learning opportunities for students, and we are flexible in considering different crops or agricultural experiments. Please note that you will need to truck in your own water.

Owner’s Short Term Vision for the Property

We would love to see a vineyard but other types of agriculture.

Owner’s Long Term Vision for the Property

We would love to see a working farm that is successful in producing organic produce and continually provide education for students.
