Tenant farmer / caretaker responsibilities to include wellness checks on senior widow living in rear house and to give assistance in event of power outages, snowed in, fire evacuation, medical emergency or or other emergency and seasonal property care taking responsibilities which may include mowing and maintaining pastures, mowing grass around owner’s house, repairing fencing, tending burn pile.

46 acres includes approximately 6 acres of fenced off woodland, riparian area and about 10-15 acres of wetland and year-round creek with beavers reserved for eco-conservation of these sensitive eco-systems.

Open to more than one farmer collaborating with anchor tenant farmer, working the land to achieve successful integrated regenerative farming practices.

Owner’s Long Term Vision for the Property

The intention of Porchia's Holistic Eco Farm Sanctuary is to consciously steward this legacy property during their lifetime, creating a space for local organizations, schools and universities to utilize the land for community education on sustainable regenerative farming practices, eco-conservation and human health and wellness through connection to Nature and living in right relationship to Mother Earth, with an eye to passing down this legacy for future generations to enjoy through this Mission Statement.


Current Use

Been sitting fallow since about 2008. Used to be a hay farm. Pastured horse grazing stopped May 2023. One senior widowed land owner lives in rear house not visible from front of property. Co-land owner / Eco Farm manager lives between Oregon, southern California and other travel destinations. Street front house is designated Tenant Farmer / Caretaker’s house and private workshop / studio and garage for owner’s private use only.
