Farm:

1.5 acres

Greenhouse:

The farm has a 34x144ft greenhouse with 45-50 raised garden beds + soil.

Ventilation options are 2 working fans (1 temp controlled) and large sliding door on opposite end. Additional fans are there but need repair.

Greenhouse has water and power

Greenhouse plastic has a few spots that could be repaired. Extra plastic is there already.

There’s also an existing and delicious compost pile and a small coop inside the greenhouse.

Chicken coop:

Functional, secure coop with fencing.

Property doesn’t come with any birds, but we had 75 birds in there filled with ducks, geese, and chickens.

Outdoor space:

75×50 x 2acre in front of greenhouse available for planting.

Option to plant in the field surrounding 2 apple trees + 1 plum tree.

In most of the dirt on the property, chickens have been pooping and working the soil in between planting and cover crops. We’ve been restoring the soil from the previous owners, who were organic basil farmers. We’ve used beyond, regenerative, practices to restore the land.
