There are some building materials on site as well, such as some lumber and very nice tin/metal. I am also considering leaving it as an 125 acre piece and just selling that. The majority of the land is on a hillside that is currently used for cattle pasture. This would be eligible for Landowner hunting tags. There is an abundance of wild birds, turkeys, and deer. I am open to options and will consider all serious offers. This would be an ideal hemp operation as well as bees, hay, livestock, such as cattle, sheep, and goats. Also chickens and ducks. This property is located 20 miles south of Pendleton. but there is a small town just 5 miles away. It is also 5 miles from the forests. at the base of the Blue Mountains.
