I have been living and fixing up the property for the past, almost, 4 years. I had hoped to create a self sustaining homestead with income capabilities. But now feel it is time for me to move abroad, as I have dreamed of doing for decades. I would love to have someone come in with a similar vision for its future and create where I left off. Not sure of any, it is considered TC/residential, but I am told I can have a homestead and sell out of a stand on the Hwy in front of the property. But buyer/leaseholder will have to do their due diligence, I haven’t researched this enough to give a concise answer.
