This perfect and beautiful property is roughly 2.5 acres and sold AS-IS. The main house is about 2400+/- Sq’ with a single car garage. There are several large areas to cultivate to grow or utilize to house livestock. (Buyer must do own due diligence on what is and isn’t allowed on property.)

There is a pond with a small island, mature vegetation and gorgeous flowering trees around the property, including three high yielding blueberry bushes, it is surrounded on three sides by timber land, absolutely no neighbors, super peaceful and private!! It has a new roof, a year old. Two wells, two septic tanks, two RV clean-outs and hook ups, 400 amp service split to both the main house, the pump/well house, detached garage, pad, barn, island, and buried throughout the property for potential lighting or other uses. Owner’s Short Term Vision for the Property

I have been living and fixing up the property for the past, almost, 4 years. I had hoped to create a self sustaining homestead with income capabilities. But now feel it is time for me to move abroad, as I have dreamed of doing for decades. I would love to have someone come in with a similar vision for its future and create where I left off. So much potential, beauty, comfort and peace to be had, I look forward to the next caretaker to enjoy it as I have.

Owner’s Long Term Vision for the Property

If I were to keep it… A fully self sustaining homestead with multiple sources of income, from rentals, workshops, produce sales, and so on…

Current Use

Residential currently

Available Water / Irrigation

Two wells (one is 6’ well currently in use for house and out buildings, second one is 125’ not inspected or in use but may be viable) and a sizable pond, and may have a spring on property.

Soil Type / Quality

Not entirely sure, I am not a farmer myself, but I do know there is some clay, blueberries and black berries grow well on the property, as do all the flowering trees (mostly rhododendrons)

Buildings and Structures Available for Farm Use

2400sq’ pole barn
2-10x20 shed
2-10x16 shed
12x28 shed
300 sq’ lofted barn
600 sq’ detached garage with lean to/carport
4x6 homage greenhouse of sorts

Any Restrictions That Could Limit Agricultural Production

Not sure of any, it is considered TC/residential, but I am told I can have a homestead and sell out of a stand on the Hwy in front of the property. But buyer/leaseholder will have to do their due diligence, I haven’t researched this enough to give a concise answer.

What are you doing as a landholder to ensure a safe and welcoming environment for everyone on your land and in your community?

Thus far the property, since I purchased it, has been a residential home to myself, my children and immediate family. But should I have continued down the envisioned path I saw for it, I absolutely would find a way for the property to benefit not just myself and my family, but the community, encouraging inclusivity, diversity and health focused sustainability.
