Mostly flat land, have planted some fruit trees as seen in pic such as your regular: peach and plum etc as well as pluot, aprium, pluerry and those types. River rock type soil. We have a new pump and an ag well, along with pipes and sprinklers to use. Property is mostly flat, not a lot of trees except the outskirts. Five min from town in the county. Also has a gate with a code for entry. No housing available as I live in the home on site. Around two decades ago was the last time this property was regularly farmed. I have not used any chemicals on my plants on the property thus far. I usually just run over the scotch brome and blackberries with a brush hog. Be advised there are loads of deer here. They are unstoppable. Had my soil tested by OSU extension and they said it is 6.5 PH. I always wanted to do something with this place but was hesitant to pull the trigger. Maybe you are the right fit. Maybe you want to do a farm stand or herbs/seeds/animals. I am open to a partnership or able to offer help with watering and other duties if you want, or I am open to minding my own business as well. It would be really cool to have someone who has a plethora of ideas and maybe you would let me learn from you. I am open to renting a small portion or the whole thing, just depends on your vision and goals.
To have the land worked in a sustainable way. The blackberries are taking over.
I am open to lease the property and I will stay out of your hair or I am also open to having a partnership as I will be able to supply some manual labor or assistance. Maybe you have the knowledge/expertise to do something great here.
The land is not currently being used.
We have an ag well.
