For Lease or Trade 1-7 acres near OAKRIDGE/WESTFIR

Description

Seeking like-minded land stewards to farm, care for and help build soil on an acre or more of our lovely owner-occupied 20+ acres, currently in mixed grass hay and hobby gardens but with tons of untapped potential and several underutilized acres. Housing available onsite.

Long-term, in addition to a sustainable market garden, we would love to find like-minded and reliable land-lovers to share stewardship of the property, build a business partnership and invest in developing perennial crop production that could include more acres of land - food forests, orchards, mushrooms, eggs, etc. and incorporate small livestock for food and fiber, in addition to horses.
