For Lease or Trade, 1-2 Acres in Jackson County (Talent), Possible Housing

We have 1-2 acres of property just outside of Talent that has been farmed organically for the past 8 years. Our current tenants (organic seed farmers) are leaving so we’re looking for someone to put the property to use. We are open to lease or trade. We have Talent Irrigation District water rights for use during the irrigation season. We also have a well for limited use outside of the season or for animals. On the property we have a shop and barn, our main family house, and two rental units. One of the units- a studio unit attached to our house is currently vacant and is available for $700/month. Please contact me if you’re interested. Cheers.
