I own a 50 acre farm.  I would like to find the right person or persons to help to help me steward, protect and organically farm this land.   I would like to turn part of the land into an animal rescue and sanctuary while using the farmable acres to support the farm.  There is  housing available on site.

What are you doing as a landholder to ensure a safe and welcoming environment for everyone on your land and in your community?

I am uncertain how to answer this question except to say my own family is of a diverse background. I am not actively 'doing' anything except trying to live a life where judgment, prejudice and hatred have no place.
