For Lease or Partnership: 8 acres in Mid-Willamette Valley for Orchard or Vines

We are a small farm with up to 8 acres suitable for farming within 5 miles of downtown Salem, Oregon. We are seeking someone to cultivate our land to ensure its sustainability as a farm and produce viable crops. Because we do not have water rights established, we feel our best bet is to find someone with an interest in planting and managing an orchard or other crop that would only require only temporary water right for establishment. Permanent water rights could be established. Our farm includes a 30×50 greenhouse, water storage tank, barn, and tractor. The land has only included organic crops with the exception of a few acres that encompassed christmas trees. Basic fencing borders the land, but not suitable for livestock at the time. We have experience farming and can help with management. Seeking a lease agreement or percentage of profits. Unfortunately, we are not equiped for any type of housing arrangment. If you can help us in supporting the concept of a small farm, please reach out.
