Not sure. The property is just outside the urban growth boundary and is planned to be included within the UGB at the next expansion in a few years. We would love to keep it farmland and create an ag business to serve the Central Oregon community. We would be open to partnering on the business and either selling the land in the future to our farming partner or expanding the business and build more residential on the rear of the property. Lots of options including acquiring adjacent property for expansion.
