Lease/Partnership: 1-2 acres in Dayton, Yamhill County

Description

We have 1-2 acres of flat farmland south of Dayton that has been untouched for three decades. We want the land to be productive but don’t have the background in farming.

We are looking for a farmer/entrepreneur to either lease the land or partner with who does not use chemicals and follows an organic philosophy.

Ideally you are an organic farmer with existing distribution channels for your products, and we provide you the opportunity to scale.

We have water rights, some space in our barn and surrounding areas for equipment storage, and on occasion can provide physical labor. We do currently have some apple, pear, cherry trees, and a garden on the plot, but most of the available land is open. Potentially willing to remove our fruit trees if business opportunity requires.
