Description

The 20 acres (part of a 64-acre parcel) is a hay field that supported our beef cattle operation.  The cattle had access to the entire property except when we fenced them out of the hay field during growing season and harvest.  After we stopped raising cattle, we harvested and sold the hay.

The 64 acres are fenced.  A major cross fence separates the 20 acre hay field, and an adjacent three-acre area is delineated with fencing.  Fencing needs maintenance.  The upper portion (about 20 acres) is forested.  There are three creeks and a pond.  The smallest creek is seasonal and originates in the hay field.

There are bee hives on the property.

Open to converting to agricultural uses other than hay/cattle.

Zoning is AGF (agricultural/forest).
