For lease, lease to own, or partnership arrangement: 2 acres outside of McMinnville, OR

Description

My property is 4.7 total acres of S. Yamhill River soils; I intend to keep half of the property in pasture for my 2 horses. I would like to talk to someone with some farming or educational background in agriculture about developing the 2 acres available for planting ( also currently in pasture).  I live on an older home on this property.
