For Lease irrigated 1-15 acres in Scio,OR

Several different possibilities for amount of lease. Ideally I would like to get a flower farmer onto the land. There will be irrigation available and possibly some barn space.
We have livestock, so we are not interested in leasing to a livestock person.
the land available is flat with good soils  some rock.  We have been here for just a year so we are just getting a handle on getting things amended etc.

Owner’s Short Term Vision for the Property

Lease to someone for 3 years. Longer if the relationship is good. Using the other parts of the farm for cattle.

Owner’s Long Term Vision for the Property

May eventually use it all for cattle and sheep.

Current Use

Some of it has been fallow for years. 15 acres were in hemp this last year.

Available Water / Irrigation

There are water rights from the north Santiam river.

Soil Type / Quality

Not exactly sure the type. Some rocks but I have been told it’s “good”.

Buildings and Structures Available for Farm Use

There is a 20x60 ft bay also available in the barn

Farm Equipment Available for Use, Sale or Lease

We have an older John Deere 4010 with a mower and disc that may be available for rent

Any Restrictions That Could Limit Agricultural Production

None that I know right now.
