For Lease: Approximately 100 acres (currently house available on property) in Columbia County (3 miles north of Vernonia on Hwy 47)

The pasture land could be used for cattle, dairy, sheep (would need more fencing for sheep), horses, etc. Part of the pasture is across the river so the cattle walk across the river to reach the other side but can also drink water out of the river. Other acreage on the farm is under forest land. I would prefer renting/leasing the land and the house together but if I cannot find someone interested in the land and house together, I will rent the house separately. There are 2 houses on the farm and one is being rented to family.
